This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on relyv.ai (the marketing site and the authenticated dashboard). It does not cover cookies set by third-party websites where the Relyv SDK is deployed — those are governed by the operator's own cookie policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files set by a website on your browser to remember information across visits. We also use related mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage) which we group under "cookies" for the purposes of this policy.
2. Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Service to function: authentication tokens (relyv-auth), CSRF protection (relyv-csrf), and theme preference (relyv-theme). They cannot be disabled while using the dashboard.
3. Analytics
We dogfood our own SDK to record and improve the relyv.ai marketing site. These captures are subject to the same PII masking that protects Customers' end-users. Visitors can opt out via the consent banner; the opt-out itself uses a small cookie (relyv-optout) that does not expire.
4. No advertising or tracking
We do not set advertising cookies, do not embed third-party tracking pixels, and do not share visitor data with ad networks. Our pricing model is subscription-based; we have no incentive to monetise visitor attention.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in. To opt out of analytics on relyv.ai, click "Decline" on the consent banner or visit Settings → Privacy.
